5. Delivery
The proposed dispatch arrangement is within 2 working days after payment and order checks, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 only where the carrier accepts the material and transit conditions are suitable. Delivery aims are not guaranteed. Standard tracked postage does not provide a temperature-controlled cold chain. Postage is £4.95 for product subtotals below £150.00. Orders with a product subtotal at or above £150.00 are delivered free of charge. No delivery commitment is created by checking a cart total; no order is accepted today.
6. Cancellation and returns
There are no accepted website orders to cancel or return. Saved selections can be removed from the cart. These website terms do not exclude any applicable statutory rights and do not impose a returns deadline or chemical-goods exemption.
