These terms apply to all orders placed with Vial Peptides through vialpeptides.co.uk.
1. About us
Vial Peptides is a supplier of research chemicals registered in the United Kingdom, trading at vialpeptides.co.uk. Company registration and VAT details are shown on all invoices.
2. Eligibility
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over who are qualified researchers or who purchase on behalf of an institution for legitimate research purposes. Our compliance statement forms part of these terms.
3. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send written confirmation of dispatch. We may decline an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude delivery unless stated. Payment is taken in full at the point of order. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.
5. Delivery
We dispatch from the United Kingdom using tracked services with cold-chain packaging where required. Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery.
6. Cancellation and returns
Due to the nature of the materials supplied, sealed research compounds cannot be returned once dispatched, except where the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to its Certificate of Analysis. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
7. Specification and documentation
Compound identity, purity and batch information are stated in the Certificate of Analysis supplied with each order. Product images are illustrative.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We accept no liability for loss arising from use of a material outside a laboratory research setting, or for any use contrary to the compliance statement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
