Dispatch

Paid orders that have completed our order checks are dispatched within 2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit time begins after dispatch, not when an order is submitted.

Royal Mail services

Our chosen service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, for materials accepted by the carrier. Suitability for the contents and their transport and storage requirements must be confirmed before orders can be accepted.

• Tracked 48: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

These are delivery aims, not guaranteed arrival dates. Postcode restrictions and delays may apply. They are not customer-selectable services until confirmed for our materials.

Delivery charge

Postage is £4.95 for orders with a product subtotal below £150.00. Orders with a product subtotal at or above £150.00 are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The delivery charge and full total are shown before payment is requested.

VAT

Vial Peptides is not currently VAT registered. We do not charge VAT on products or delivery, and no VAT amount is available to reclaim from our invoices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Material acceptance and packaging

Research-use labelling does not establish postal eligibility. Each material’s safety information and transport classification must be checked against Royal Mail’s prohibited and restricted items rules before dispatch. Materials that are not accepted cannot be sent through the proposed service.

Standard tracked postage is not a temperature-controlled delivery service. Packaging and transit conditions must be suitable for the actual material; we do not promise a maintained 2–8°C cold chain through standard Royal Mail tracked postage.
